Return Policy

BonBon Noir Boutique only accepts Returns/Exchanges NO REFUNDS are given, only STORE CREDIT.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all Returns.

All Returns/Exchanges must meet the following criteria:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and items must ship out the next business day.

Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

The item must not be a SALE item.

The item is not an accessory (STRICTLY FINAL SALE).

The item is not VINTAGE (All VINTAGE items are FINAL SALE).

All shoes must be returned in their original box unworn & undamaged. Please ship the shoes inside an additional protective shipping package.
